How do I get started?

Each trip begins with a trip inquiry form. This allows us to gather important details to streamline the planning process and ensure personalization for your travel plans! 

 

If you are planning a trip to Walt Disney World Florida, California, Paris or Universal Studios this theme park inquiry form is for you! 

 

Once we receive your inquiry form, we schedule a discovery call, email, or video chat so we can learn more about you (and your guests, family members, friends, etc.). We will discuss your budget, wants and needs, and other necessary details.

 

  • We will send a link to our calendar offering a time for complimentary phone, video, or email discovery consultation. We are happy to accommodate your preferred time zone and schedule.

  • After you determine we are a good fit, you will receive a Custom Travel Planning Agreement along with a link to take your planning fee. 

  • You’ll receive itinerary options and quotes and we will fine-tune as necessary.

  • This includes a custom itinerary for each trip in an easy-to-read format.

  • We offer additional concierge services such as tours, restaurant and spa reservations, and even onsite concierge services for large events.

  • We’ll be in touch prior to departure to check in on any last-minute requests.
